Then you really took us to the next level of customer service and collections with 2-way texting and this has changed the way we operate our call center. I have never seen a collection tool the customer prefers more than 2-way texting to reconcile a past due account and my staff loves it too. I always look forward to my executive meetings when I can review the collections ROI for texting, the results are staggering and have provided the documentation I needed to expand the service over the years.
