Inbound Reports

Added a new parameter ‘inbound transaction ticket’ to the Inbound Messages report (in the UI), and to the two API reports – Inbound Messages and Inbound Messages By Type

Callback URL
  • Added a new parameter ‘inbound transaction ticket’ to the Callback URL post
  • Clients can now validate receipt of all customer replies by cross-referencing posts to the Callback URL configured in their SBT account against the Inbound Messages and Inbound Messages By Type reports

Webhooks Report
  • Added ‘OrgCode’ parameter in Status URL
